2. Website access and server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files: IP address (shortened or kept only briefly), date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL and details of your browser and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (technically error-free provision and security of the website). The log files are deleted after a short time.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers located in Germany. The host processes the log data mentioned above on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Fonts

All fonts used are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) and no data is transferred to third parties.

5. Google Maps

On the contact page we embed a Google Maps map. The map only loads after you actively click “Load map”. Only then is a connection to Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) established and your IP address transmitted to Google. The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Contacting us

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
